Sharktoberfest Giveaway — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The Sharktoberfest Giveaway (the “Giveaway” or “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by BluShark Straps, operated by Atlas Bands LLC, with a principal place of business at:

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time on October 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time on October 31, 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”).

The Giveaway will include five (5) total drawings throughout the Giveaway Period. Four drawings will be conducted following weekly entry periods ending on Sunday, and one final drawing will be conducted following the conclusion of the Giveaway Period.

All entries must be received during the applicable entry period to be eligible.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their immediate family members and members of their household are not eligible to enter or win.

The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How To Enter

There are two methods of entry. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

A. Purchase Entry
During the Giveaway Period, eligible customers who place an order on the BluShark Straps website may receive one (1) entry for the week in which the qualifying order is placed, subject to the entry limit described below.

Multiple qualifying orders placed by the same eligible entrant during the same week do not result in additional entries. An eligible entrant may receive a maximum of one (1) entry per week, regardless of the method of entry.

Each weekly entry provides the entrant with an opportunity to win the watch being awarded for that week's drawing. If the entry is not selected as a weekly winner, it will remain eligible for the final month-end drawing. A purchase is not required to enter or win.

B. Free Method of Entry
No purchase is necessary. To enter without making a purchase, visit the official BluShark Straps Instagram account and locate the pinned Sharktoberfest Giveaway post during the Giveaway Period. Follow the instructions provided in the post and comment “SHARK” as directed.

An eligible entrant may receive a maximum of one (1) free entry per week through the Instagram entry method. Each valid free entry provides the entrant with an opportunity to win the watch being awarded for that week's drawing. If the entry is not selected as a weekly winner, it will remain eligible for the final month-end drawing. Submitting multiple comments during the same week will not result in additional entries.

5. Entry Limit

Each eligible entrant may receive a maximum of one (1) entry per week, regardless of the method of entry. An eligible entrant who places multiple qualifying orders during the same week will receive only one (1) entry for that week. An eligible entrant who submits multiple Instagram comments during the same week will receive only one (1) entry for that week.

An eligible entrant may receive up to one (1) entry for each week of the Giveaway Period.

6. Drawing Schedule

There will be five (5) total drawings, with one Limited Edition BluShark Watch awarded in each drawing.

For each drawing, one potential winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the applicable entry period. An entry that is selected as a winner in one of the first four weekly drawings will not be eligible for the final month-end drawing. Entries from the first four weekly entry periods that are not selected as weekly winners will remain eligible for the final month-end drawing.

7. Prizes

Five (5) Limited Edition BluShark Watches will be awarded during the Giveaway. One (1) Limited Edition BluShark Watch will be awarded in each of the four weekly drawings, and one (1) Limited Edition BluShark Watch will be awarded in the final month-end drawing.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Any taxes or expenses associated with acceptance or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

8. Winner Selection And Odds

Potential winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the applicable entry period. The drawings will take place on the dates specified above.

Entries selected as winners in the first four weekly drawings will no longer be eligible for the final month-end drawing. All other eligible entries will remain eligible for the final month-end drawing.

Estimated Odds: Odds of winning each weekly drawing depend on the total number of eligible entries received for that drawing. Odds of winning the final drawing depend on the total number of eligible entries remaining after the weekly drawings. Each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected.

9. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be contacted using the contact information associated with their eligible entry. For a purchase entry, Sponsor may contact the potential winner using the email address associated with the qualifying order. For a free entry submitted through Instagram, Sponsor may contact the potential winner through Instagram and/or request additional contact information necessary to verify eligibility and deliver the prize.

A potential winner may be required to confirm eligibility and provide information reasonably necessary to administer the prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 14 days, is determined to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

10. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding with respect to matters relating to the Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or attempts to interfere with the operation, administration, security, or fairness of the Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unforeseen circumstances, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control compromises the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.

11. Limitation Of Liability

By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize, except where prohibited by law.

12. Instagram Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering through Instagram, each entrant releases Instagram from any responsibility or liability related to the Giveaway. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to Instagram.

13. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify entries and eligibility, contact potential winners, and fulfill prizes. Sponsor's use of personal information is subject to the BluShark Straps Privacy Policy.

14. Official Rules

These Official Rules govern the Sharktoberfest Giveaway. Participation constitutes an entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules.
