At BluShark Straps, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our watch straps. That’s why we offer a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If your strap has a manufacturing issue, we’ll make it right.

What’s Covered?

Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the function or integrity of your strap, including:

  • Hardware Failures – Broken or malfunctioning buckles, adapters, or keepers due to manufacturing defects.
  • Material or Stitching Defects – Fraying, loose stitching, or material failures that impact usability and are not caused by normal use.

What’s Not Covered?

Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Normal Wear & Tear – Fading, stretching, fraying, or softening of materials due to regular use.
  • Accidental or Intentional Damage – Cuts, tears, excessive exposure to water, chemicals, or improper storage.
  • Misuse or Improper Care – Damage caused by incorrect installation, modification, or excessive force.
  • Loss or Theft – Lost or stolen straps are not covered. If your package is missing or believed to be stolen after delivery, it is insured through USPS, and a claim can be opened at USPS Claims.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To request a warranty replacement, please email support@blusharkstraps.com with:

  1. A clear photo of the issue.
  2. Your order number or proof of purchase to verify eligibility.

After reviewing your claim, we’ll determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement of the same or a similar strap.

Additional Terms

  • Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Replacements are limited to one per purchase.
  • Discontinued straps may be replaced with a comparable alternative.
  • We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet warranty terms.
