Return Policy

Please contact support@blusharkstraps.com to arrange for a return. All returns will be handled per the return policy below. Please do not ship your order back to our P.O. Box. 

 

Returns and Exchanges
Unused merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Provided the merchandise is not defective at the fault of BluShark, the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Alternatively, we can exchange any straps of equal value with the buyer only responsible for shipping costs of the new product at our standard shipping rates.

Once your return is received and confirmed to be unused, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund to your original method of payment. BluShark is not responsible for any lost deliveries due to a customer entering an address incorrectly. 

 

Partial Refunds
For partially refunded orders that include free straps or discounts, the refund amount will be calculated based on adjusted price. The revised cart amount will be calculated based on the updated order and the refund will be issued appropriately. For example, if a buyer receives a 'buy 2, get 1 free' discount for three equally priced straps, no refund will be available for the return of one strap, since the customer would be responsible for the cost of the remaining two straps. However, if two straps were returned, the cost of the kept strap would be the only amount the customer is responsible for and the remaining amount would be refunded. In simplest terms, we will re-calculate the amount the customer would have been responsible for without the returned product and the difference would be the refund amount.

 

Shipping
To return your product, please contact support@blusharkstraps.com. Customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning an item unless BluShark is at fault (i.e. if the wrong item was shipped). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
