Return Policy

To process a return or exchange, please contact us at support@blusharkstraps.com AND visit https://blusharkstraps.labs.wesupply.xyz/orders-lookup. Once there, you will be required to enter the email address associated with the order as well as the order number. 

 

Returns and Exchanges
Unused merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges are available for any product of equal value. Discounted or discontinued products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Note that some leather straps worn for only a few hours may show signs of wear, including scratches, scuffs, and the beginning of a patina (often an area of the leather that is shinier or that has a slightly altered coloration). This is expected and desired for quality leather goods, but it means that these lightly used straps cannot be returned or exchanged.

Additionally, if the space between the spring bars and watch case is too narrow for a particular nylon strap, then the strap's holes may fray over time. Rather than forcing the strap through, please exchange the strap for one that will better fit your watch.  

Once your return is received and confirmed to be unused, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund to your original method of payment. BluShark is not responsible for any lost deliveries due to a customer entering an address incorrectly. 

 

Partial Refunds
For partially refunded orders that include free straps or discounts, the refund amount will be calculated based on adjusted price. For example, if a customer received a 'buy 2, get 1 free' discount, the refund for any of the three straps will be pro-rated based on the discount value for the free strap. In simplest terms, we will re-calculate the amount the customer would have been responsible for without the returned product and the difference would be the refund amount.

 

Shipping
Shipping returned or exchanged products back to BluShark is free to the customer for U.S. locations. However, the customer is responsible for shipping costs of the new product at our standard shipping rates. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
