Finding the perfect strap or accessory for your watch can greatly enhance comfort and style. Our sizing guides help you measure your watch accurately, ensuring the best fit. Whether you have a traditional watch or an Apple Watch, we provide step-by-step instructions to determine the ideal strap size and watch lug width. With these guides, you can confidently choose the perfect straps and accessories to enhance your watch.
2) Print File. In print options dialogue box, uncheck any “shrink oversized pages to fit” or “fit to page” boxes.*IMPORTANT!*
3) After printing, test the accuracy by measuring the “one inch” test strip with a standard ruler.
4) Cut off the inch ruler from the side and wrap around your wrist to determine your wrist size.
5) Hold your watch with the lugs framing the blocks below to determine your lug width. There should be no gap or overlap.
Lug Width Measurement:
To determine your lug width, print the BluShark Watch Sizing Guide in step-1 and place your watch on the measuring blocks located on the bottom of the guide.

3) Cut out the tool. Position the wider end where you would wear a watch. For a more accurate measurement, you can use a piece of tape to hold the wider end in place.
4) Wrap the tool around your wrist, keeping it in place. Make sure the tool feels snug and doesn’t slide up or down.
5) Note the inch number the arrows point to – that’s your band size.
6) If the arrows land between two measurements, choose the smaller of the two numbers closest to the line.
Adapter Measurement:
To determine which size adapter you need, use the following guide:
If your Apple Watch is 42mm, 44mm, or 45mm, you’ll need an adapter that measures 22mm.
If your Apple Watch is 38mm or 40mm, you’ll need an adapter that measures 20mm.
If you have a 41mm Apple Watch, choose the 20mm adapter.
Unsure of your case size? You can usually find it on the back of your Apple Watch, near the sensor. Or, open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone, go to "My Watch" at the bottom, then tap General > About.

A. Yes! Water won’t damage the material or affect its performance, but it can soak into the strap. Some customers let their straps dry while still wearing them, while others remove their watch for faster drying.
A. This strap measures 290mm (11.4in.) and fits wrist sizes from 6.5” to 9” - A 6.5" to 7.75" wrist provides ample strap to tuck within the keepers, while an 8" to 8.5" wrist allows the strap to pass under both keepers.
A. This is a pass-through strap, which means it slides under your watch and through the spring bars on each side. If your current strap has non-removable spring bars, you’ll need a new pair to use this one. Please note, this strap is not compatible with smartwatches. If you’re unsure if this strap will fit, please contact us! We’re happy to help.
A. This strap works with a wide range of watches, including dive watches, tool watches, field watches, dress watches, pilot or aviation watches, chronographs, sport watches, and GMT or travel watches. As long as your watch has spring bars and the strap width matches your watch’s lug width, it will fit. Please note, it is not compatible with smartwatches.
A. Yes. The buckle on the BluShark AlphaShark strap is replaceable. It’s held in place with a spring-bar that can be removed with a spring bar tool.
A. Yes, the BluShark AlphaShark strap using a 1.4mm heavy duty seatbelt weave nylon with reinforced stitching and heat-sealed adjustment holes and edges to resist fraying. Nylon is tear-proof and breathable.
A. Nylon straps are easy to clean. Simply use a soft brush with warm water and a small amount of dish soap, gently scrub the strap, and then let it air dry.
A. Yes! Every BluShark Strap comes with a lifetime warranty on defects.
A. Double-pass means the strap threads under the spring bars and then back over, giving extra security and a military-style look.
A. These straps are designed longer to create a tucked look. You pass the strap through both keepers, then back around and under them for a neat, secure fit. Keep in mind that larger wrists (8" to 8.5") may not be able to tuck the strap back under the keepers.
Blushark is really the only Nato strap you should be installing on your watch. Theyre pretty much the only brand I use on my Seikomods. Yes they are that good.
I'm using this on an old square resin G-Shock with 22mm adapters. The strap is sturdy enough to support the rather light weight of the watch head. It's also pliable enough to feel great on the wrist.
I tried the AlphaPremier, AlphaShark, and Orca. The AlphaShark I like, but not as much as the Premier. It is a bit bulky, which may be good in a lot of situations, but not great for long sleeves or if you don't want the band taking too much real estate.
Another AWESOME Blushark strap! I love this higher shine material. This Emerald Boa must have been made with the Alpinist in mind because it is a perfect match. I will say, the double pass seems a bit more bulky than other nato’s I have, but the quality is amazing on these. Highly recommend!!
Best NATO and rubber straps at the best prices. I’ve ordered over a dozen of each and they provide the best value - without question. I keep coming back to Blushark.
Very happy with this. I was worried the traditional double pass NATO would make my watch stick out too far, but it’s barely noticeable and feels more solid than the single. I like the single pass too - just a little different feel.
To say that I’m happy would be an understatement. This is the best nato I have ever owned & it pairs surprisingly well with my Omega 2264. My only gripe is that I wish that it was a little longer, for I have 7.5 inch wrists & I don’t always do well with shorter natos. FYI to those that buy from the AlphaShark line, it’s a bit on the stiff side but for me that’s to be expected & clearly needs some breaking in. Other than that, I cannot recommend the AlphaShark line enough! Don’t wait! 😎

Comfortable, rugged, well sized, well priced. Anything in the AlphaShark series is a must have if mostly use one or two straps with 1 or 2 watches. In facy any of the straps I've had from Blushark including ones I gave to my friend have lastted and stood the test of time! I love them!
