BluShark's Top 10 Affordables: #10 Casio Edifice
#10: Casio Edifice (EQS-A500B-1AVCR)
Casio’s Edifice line is very popular among the affordable community and for good reason. They’re incredibly durable, super accurate, and highly functional. A great option if you’re looking for a more mature version of a G-Shock. Still, it does have its limitation, including an incredibly busy dial that many won’t be a fan of and mineral crystal glass instead of sapphire. As far as straps, I personally like the rubber one it comes with, but this could definitely work well on a red and black striped Shark strap.
Pros
- Well-built and durable
- Solar atomic quartz is highly accurate
- Highly functional
- Attractive styling
Cons
- Busy design won’t work for all
- Sportiness limits its versatility
- Mineral crystal glass
