I was sent the wrong size strap. On May 1st I emailed customer service informing them of the problem. On May 4th I was told that before I could be helped the warehouse needed to confirm inventory. On May 6th I emailed for status as I had not received an update. I was then provided a return shipping label and was told a replacement was being processed and I would receive tracking information when shipped. As of today May 12th I have not received tracking information confirming the replacement has been shipped.
This has not been the best experience.

I'm a huge fan of NATO's and after purchasing about six different brands I have gotten rid of all of them except for Blu Shark!
Not only is the color selection and strap quality fantastic, but an often-overlooked item is the hardware. Big, sturdy and beautiful hardware accompanies these higher end straps.
On the recommendation of the seller I used a next larger strap size for my Rolex 21 mm lug watch. It bunches up ever-so-slightly but works pretty well. The strap width is right on the money and for all my 22 millimeter watches they look stunning! I've got about 8 straps and counting!

Another Quality Strap from Blu Shark Straps. I love the color of this "Marlin" AlphaShark. It pairs well with the White DIal of my Alpha 1993 Europe Sundial Watch. The Texture and Feel is Smooth and the Polished Buckle Is Of High Quality. I most certainly recommend Blu Shark for the great products that they offer, the great customer service and for the great value.

Very well made, high quality. I trimmed the end and heat sealed it so I did not have the problem with the tongue being too long. Very pleased, and will order from Blushark again.
I wish they made a Zulu style as well as the NATO style.
